Dear Cedar Shake & Shingle Bureau Members,
We are excited to invite you to the 2025 Cedar Shake & Shingle Bureau Trade Show and Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place in the vibrant city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This highly anticipated event will provide a unique opportunity for our members to network, share insights, and discuss the future of our industry.
Event Details:
- Trade Show: Showcase of the latest innovations, products, accessories and services in the cedar shake and shingle industry.
- 20+ booths available, however many are already taken. Register as soon as possible to guarantee a booth and get in on the ground floor!
- Educational seminars with guest speakers and AIA accredited courses alongside the exhibition.
- AGM: This is an important session to nominate new board members and discuss any bylaw changes.
- There will also be a non-confidential board meeting, open to all members to review the Bureau’s progress, discuss industry trends and any other concerns.
- If you have concerns or changes you would like to bring to the board, please let Natalia know so it can be added to the agenda.

Both days will include full breakfast and lunch. First day will have a cocktail hour at the end of the day with two drink tickets and appetizers included. Please alert us of any food allergies so that we may accommodate.
